I hail from Belgium, a country renowned for its exquisite chocolate and exceptional beer. In my late teens, I made the transition to the United States, embracing my new home and its rich culture. I spent more than two decades in the greater Detroit area, where I studied Chemical Engineering and Mathematics.
In 2004, I relocated to the DFW area and began building a career in the housing industry, where I have spent the past couple of decades developing extensive experience in systems administration, technology, operations, onboarding, and mentoring.
Throughout my career, I have focused on helping organizations operate more efficiently by implementing and supporting technology, developing processes, onboarding new team members, and providing guidance and mentorship. I enjoy finding practical solutions to challenges, helping people navigate new systems, and creating an environment where teams can succeed.
I bring a combination of technical knowledge, operational experience, and a people-focused approach to everything I do.
