I planned on listing my house nearly $20k lower than what it eventually sold for. James said "no sir, i don't care what zillow is telling you, i know the market".. paraphrasing but he was right. He literally walked me through each offer and illustrated how some that looked good were garbage. Like many, I probably introduced some wild suggestions, but none of my requests were scoffed at. I was flying in to Dallas and my friend suggested Anthony the night before my flight. I got on the phone with Anthony that same night and told him exactly what I was looking for the night before I went to Dallas. The next day I landed, Anthony checked in with me and had several properties lined up for me to see. Anthony took me in as a client last minute and had several properties ready for me to see as soon as I landed. He was very professional, very knowledgeable of the area, very helpful, and very nice. We went looking at properties two days in a row. When I left back to Miami, Anthony followed up with me and consistently sent me properties via email. I picked the ones I liked and he went to the properties that I liked and sent me videos. So technically I didn’t have to be there. Anthony found the perfect property for me in less than 30 days. He went to the property, he sent me a video, and after I told him I wanted that property, he was on top of it. This is the second property that Laura has represented me as the buyer. Property had been on the market for one day before we could get in to see it and already had one offer submitted. Laura successfully negotiated an extension of the offer submission deadline so my cash offer could be considered. She also successfully worked with sellers agent to reduce price by almost 10% of list price due to property condition/repairs.
